You may be curious as to the domain name of this site - Art ‘n Java.  For years now, I’ve written in journals, essays, short stories, copywriting for websites and now Blogs.  My morning ritual begins with sipping a cuppa java and writing. Locations?  Napa, Sacramento CA and Baja, Mexico.

As well as being a writer, I am a visual artist – a canvas painter, with over 30 years of Studio Art practice, exploring almost every medium.  You will note in the header of this site:  Made In USA. That's my vote to say "Yes" to American Made.

This is a very small site with not much accommodation for images; however in the Visual Art Section there are 3 recent canvas paintings that show the color palette I’m currently using.  The painting in this column is an Art Deco Study with my favorite black coffee cup off to the right.

Words & Blogs Section is about writing for fun and also about a service I'm offering to Build Blogs for your Fun or your Biz.  Suppose you want a venue where you can talk about your daily happenings? In this web-based medium, you can have exchanges with your family and friends, post pictures, recipes, family stories and keep up with each other.  The great thing about the web is that no matter where you live, you have access.  This form of communication is being referred to as Social Networking – I like that, don’t you?  Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.

There’s also the business aspect of a blog.  Having a blog section on your business website or pointing back to your website helps with search engine relevance.  I’ve developed blogs for that very purpose so that they point to and from my advertising agency site.  If you would like more info, please contact me.
